Process & Policies 

 

1. Client Meeting 

Each project is unique and the first step is to schedule a client meeting to establish the scope of work, deadline, and cost of each project.

 

2. Scope & Invoice

A scope of work will be developed itemizing the services offered and the files or products to be delivered. Once agreed upon an invoice will be sent detailing the cost and payment schedule

 

3. Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% is due along with a signed approved scope before work begins. The other 50% is due upon a signed successful completion of project document which can detail any extending services to be offered after project completion.

 

 

 

 4. Respect & Communication Policy

We strive to communicate clearly and honestly with kindness. We are always open to feedback to improve. In the process we have a policy of professional and respectful correspondence and reserve the right to terminate service should communication be:

-Rude and insulting -Threatening – Unresponsive. 

In these cases we reserve the right to decide a final scope and to terminate the project retaining cost for time spent.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Services Delivered: Our services are provided and charged to incorporate time on service as such the 50% deposit is non refundable.
  2. Unsatisfactory Service: We are committed to providing high-quality assistance and valuable information. If you are unsatisfied with our services or believe there has been an error, please contact us immediately via email or phone. We will review your concerns and strive to address any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
  3. In the case that you would like to terminate service we will review the scope and agree to a new delivery of service that aligns with carrying your project to another company.
